Ballymun Town Centre Masterplan Concept - 4th Year
These diagrams show the initial concept which aimed to create a town square surrounded by public buildings: a library, a cinema, a new metro station and a shopping centre. The site is that of the existing Ballymun Shopping Centre, which would be demolished, and replaced by a new Town Centre, with links to park areas and the surrounding community.
